Essential Oils
Essential oils are natural oils typically obtained by
distillation and having the Characteristic fragrance of
the plant or other source from which it is extracted
-plants, leaves, roots, barks, flowers, resin, or cold
pressed from citrus fruit rinds.
The benefits of these oils include soothing, calming,
stimulating, refreshing, centering, and warming to our
system.
